Secretary (East) Saurabh Kumar's proactive engagement with the Ambassadors/High Commissioners of the Group of Latin America and the Caribbean (GRULAC) on October 27 emphasized India's commitment to fortifying ties with the region. Deliberations centered on enhancing India-Latin America and Caribbean relations, spanning key areas such as high-level interactions, trade, development partnerships, connectivity, cultural exchange, and fostering strong people-to-people connections.
